Chul is a Korean-born fashion designer who studied at Bunka Fashion College in Japan. He began his career at Comme des Garçons, gaining insight into the brand's creative process.

After moving to New York, he worked at Dover Street Market New York. There, he began creating digital content focused on upcycled garments, quickly gaining viral attention and earning features in Vogue Taiwan, Libération, and Dazed.

He later joined the Runway Design team at Marc Jacobs for Spring 2025, where he gained firsthand experience in the full runway development process.

Chul’s work challenges traditional norms and redefines beauty through a philosophy rooted in upcycling—transforming existing materials into bold, new expressions of fashion.
